Do you want to create a support ticket? Please follow the steps below:

1. Locate the order you need help with and click on it
2. On the order details page, there are multiple buttons to raise a support ticket or lodge a request related to that order
3. Click the appropriate button to submit your request and a support ticket will be created for you
